What's your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is $120 but it can be discussed. For specialty cuts and imports, we'll quote case-by-case so you're never over-buying.

When do you deliver?

We deliver islandwide from Monday to Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays unless there is an urgent need to on a cas-by-case basis. For ordering, there is no strict cut off times.

What are your payment terms?

New accounts start on cash terms. Once we've built a track record together — usually 4 to 8 weeks — we extend credit terms (NET 7, 14 or 30) based on volume and reference checks. PayNow and bank transfer accepted.

Do you handle emergency or last-minute orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's actually a big part of what we do. A late event booking or a freezer breakdown isn't unusual. WhatsApp your account manager and we'll do everything we can to get it on the next truck.

Do you offer halal products?

Accepted Answer

We carry a range of halal-certified items including poultry, beef and lamb. We handle halal product separately. Ask your account manager for the latest certification list.

Question 6

Can you process or portion the meat for us?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom butchery, portioning and vacuum-packing are standard services. Send us your spec sheet and we'll quote turnaround and pricing. Processing usually takes at least 2 working days so do let us know in advance!

What if something arrives damaged or doesn't match the spec?

Accepted Answer

Tell your account manager within 24 hours and we'll either credit, replace, or both. We stake our reputation on every delivery — substitutions are never silent and quality issues are resolved fast.

Do you serve outside the central area?

Accepted Answer

We cover all of Singapore, including industrial estates, the airport area, and northern/eastern outlets. Multi-outlet routing is part of every standing order.
